This branch encompasses all real estate developments and building construction projects, such as houses, temples, and all types of buildings (projects that are not infrastructure-related).



HEAVY CIVIL CONSTRUCTION
This branch focuses on infrastructure projects across a wide range of segments (Transportation infrastructure; Sanitation; Electrical energy; Pipeline networks – oil pipelines; gas pipelines; and mineral pipelines; Concrete structure works; Marble and granite industry; Large-scale industrial installations and Sports facilities, Public infrastructure projects, such as roads, tunnels, subways, railways, maritime, and river works, among others.



Activities in heavy civil construction are characterized by their capital and technology intensity. In addition to the need to operate on a large scale, there is extensive use of inputs and machinery. In contrast, light civil construction relies more heavily on manual labor.
